Commercial Applicator Report

The Portland Pesticide Use Ordinance requires that all Maine Licensed Applicators file an annual report with detailed information on each application performed within the City of Portland (Pesticide Use Ordinance, Page 11, Section 34-8). The annual report for 2019 is due February 1, 2020.

Commercial Applicator Report Required Information:

  • Target site
  • Pesticide brand name
  • EPA registration number
  • Total undiluted formulation (in pounds or gallons)
  • Total area treated as listed and as amended on the Commercial Applicator Annual Summary Report required by the Maine Board of Pesticides

Portland's Commercial Applicator Report follows the same format and requires the same information as the Maine State Board of Pesticide Control's Annual Applicator Report. To create efficiency and reduce the amount of work required for commercial applicators, we ask applicators to submit the same report they complete for the Maine State Board of Pesticide Control to the City of Portland, but with information on only applications performed in Portland
