All permanent employees working 18.75 hours per week are eligible to participate. Employees may defer monies on a pretax basis (federal, state, and Medicare) for eligible medical and dental expenses not covered by insurance or child care and elder care expenses. Our plan year is January 1 to December 31. Employees have 60 days from date of hire or qualifying event to enroll. Open enrollment is held each year.
