Citizens Invited to Attend Portland's Age-Friendly Community Summit

You're Invited

Portland senior citizens, service providers, neighborhood association members, community leaders, business owners, and interested Portland residents of any age are invited to attend the Age-Friendly Community Summit on Thursday, June 15. The event is sponsored by the Age-Friendly Portland Steering Committee.


What  to expect:

  • Learn about the growing network of AARP Age Friendly Communities in Maine and across the nation.

  • Hear about Portland’s Age Friendly Community Plan to increase livability for our residents as they age.

  • Find out how you can get involved!!

There is no charge to attend. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. RSVP to or call 207-541-6620

Information Sessions      9:00 - Noon
