128 Cassidy Point Drive - New Development Review Project

To residents and property owners: Tod Dana, representing Kennebec Street Properties, has submitted applications for conditional use and site plan review to change the use of  the existing 13,880 sf building at 128 Cassidy Point Drive. The proposed uses include a warehouse for an import business and an office on the second floor. Other potential uses include small industrial and light manufacturing uses. The site is in the WPDZ zone and the proposed uses are subject to conditional use review and an administrative authorization site plan review.  In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level 3: Site Plan application must be sent to property owners within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the property is located in an Industrial Zone). You will be notified of future Planning Board meetings by receiving notices from the Planning Division prior to any workshops or public hearings.  A project and plan summary is available for viewing on the Citizen Self Service Portal , by referencing Plan Number CU-000099-2018.
