123 Cumberland Avenue - New Development Review Project

To residents and property owners: Charlotte Maloney, on behalf of Lynne Robinson, LLC., has submitted a Level 2 site plan application for the construction of a two-story building with a connector to the existing structure at 123 Cumberland Avenue. The building will include a garage, den, storage area, and connecting passageway to the existing building. Site improvements include walks and patios along with a stormwater infiltration basin at the rear of the site. The site plan is in the R-6 zone and it is subject to review under Portland's site plan standards.  In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level II Site Plan application must be sent to property owners located within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). This application will be reviewed administratively by City Staff. This is the only notice you will receive.  A project and plan summary is available for viewing on the Citizen Self Service Portal (https://egweb.portlandmaine.gov/energovprod/selfservice), by referencing Plan Number PL-000493-2018. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
