New Development Review Project Notices

Revised Development Review Application - 49 St. Lawrence Street

To residents and property owners: Lawson Holdings, LLC has submitted a revised Level II Site Plan application (Dec. 2020) to facilitate interior renovations, exterior renovations, and associated site work at 49 St. Lawrence Street in connection with the creation of a fourth dwelling unit at the subject property, which is 4,519 square feet in size and is zoned R-6. 

In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level II Site Plan application must be sent to property owners located within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). This application will be reviewed administratively by City Staff. This is the only notice you will receive.

A project and plan summary is available for viewing on the Citizen Self Service Portal (https://css.portlandmaine.gov/), by referencing Plan Number PL-001018-2020. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
