Remote 9-14-2021 PB Meeting

57 DOUGLASS STREET

To Residents and Property Owners: The Planning Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing to consider a zoning map amendment application to rezone the subject parcel, 57 Douglass Street, and parcels within the proposed rezoning boundary (43 and 91 Douglass Street) from R-5 Residential to R-5a Residential. The map amendment is subject to review and recommendation from the Planning Board to the City Council. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov. Please refer to the document, Guide to Public Participation in the Planning Board Process, for revised procedures for public comment which can be found at http://www.portlandmaine.gov/551/Development-Review. Due to the existence of an emergency or urgent issue, the Portland Planning Board will conduct this meeting by remote methods/technology at the Zoom link provided on the agenda in accordance with the requirements of 1 M.R.S. section 403-B and the City Council’s Remote Participation Policy.

To Residents and Property Owners:  The Planning Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing to consider a conditional use application to facilitate the siting of a 5,300 square foot auto dealership and showroom within an existing building at 803R Forest Avenue.  The subject property is 17,409 square feet in size and is zoned B-2 Community Business.  Public Comments will be taken at this meeting.  Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
