[ARCHIVED] Gilman Street Storm Drain Work to begin on November 10, 2021

On Wednesday, November 10, 2021, The City’s contractor Gorham Sand and Gravel will mobilize to the top of Gilman Street near the Maine Medical Center access drive and Western Prom pathway to begin work on a small storm drain project.  This project will incorporate a new catch basin structure and approximately 50 linear feet of new storm drain pipe which will tie into the existing storm drain in Gilman Street.  This work is being done to improve stormwater drainage in this area.  Once the work starts it’s anticipated to last 3 to 5 days.  Please use caution when driving or walking around the work zone.
