Remote 9-8-2020 PB Meeting

40 WEST COMMERCIAL STREET

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Planning Board will hold a remote workshop to consider a proposal by Maine International Cold Storage Facility, LLC. to consider a proposal for a 108,024 square foot cold storage facility and associated site improvements. The proposed structure is a single-story warehouse building that measures 75 feet in height at its highest point. The subject property is a vacant 17.9 acre parcel and is located within the Waterfront Port Development Zone. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Planning Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov. Please refer to the document, Guide to Public Participation in the Planning Board Process, for revised procedures for public comment which can be found at http://www.portlandmaine.gov/551/Development-Review.

The subject property is 5,398 square feet in size. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Planning Board in an informal session which is open to the public. To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Planning Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing consider a proposal by Upright Properties, LLC. and Josh Wojcik, Co-Applicants on a proposal to develop a three-story, six-unit apartment building at 126 North Street and a four-story, six-unit condominium building with ground floor parking at 128 North Street. Two workforce housing units would be provided within the proposed development. The development site is located within an R-6 zone and the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
