New Development Review Project - 11 Thompson's Point Road

To residents and property owners: Forefront Commons Warehouse, LLC has submitted a Level II Site Plan application to facilitate the development of a new 14,160 square foot warehouse and the renovation of an existing 1,900 square foot building to create artist studio space. The subject property is 32,771 square feet in size, is zoned B-5 Urban Commercial Mixed Use, and is a component of a Master Development Plan previously approved on March 11, 2014. This application replaces a previously submitted Level III Site Plan application (PL-001126-2020).

In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level II Site Plan application must be sent to property owners located within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). This application will be reviewed administratively by City Staff. This is the only notice you will receive.

A project and plan summary is available for viewing on the Citizen Self Service Portal (https://egweb.portlandmaine.gov/energovprod/selfservice), by referencing Plan Number PL-001279-2020. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
