Remote 3-17-2021 HP Meeting

99 CAPISIC STREET

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will review a nomination to designate 99 Capisic Street as a local Landmark under Portland's historic preservation ordinance.  The nomination was submitted by the current property owner, Vana Carmona.  A public hearing on the nomination will be held at a future date.  

This remote meeting is open to the public.  Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov.

The remote meeting will be held:  Wednesday, March 17, 2021, 5:00 p.m. (this item is 1st on the agenda)

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing to consider a certificate of appropriateness by Cornerstones of Maine for exterior alterations at 275 State Street.   

Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov.
