Jennifer Munson


Jennifer has been with the City of Portland's Planning Division for over 30 years.  She began her career as a Secretary in 1988, advancing to Office Assistant and then to her current position as Office Manager.  In addition to assisting customers inquiring about potential or current development within the City, she intakes  site plan and historic preservation applications as well as provides administrative support for Planning, Historic Preservation and Housing staff.  Jennifer also handles the preparation of materials for the Planning Board and Historic Preservation Board meetings.  Jennifer's organizational skills and attention to detail are essential in complying with strict State and local noticing requirements for all Board meetings.  If you have a question about the status of a project, Jennifer will likely have your answer. Jennifer resides in Westbrook with her wife and 2 children.
